Accreditation is a means of codifying standards in order to promote best practice.
The West of England Rent with Confidence Scheme is administered by by the four West of England local authorities: Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset; South Gloucestershire and North Somerset.
As an accredited member of the West of England Rent with Confidence Scheme, you agree to a set of guidelines known as ‘the West of England Rental Standard’
An accreditation scheme demonstrates that a landlord or agent is committed to adhering to standards over and above the minimum statutory and legislative requirements.
